Privacy statement

What we collect when you contact us through this website, and what we do with it.

IN SHORT
  • We use your details only to reply to your enquiry.
  • We never sell, rent or trade them.
  • No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies.
  • Email info@ratsstech.com.au to see, correct or delete what we hold.
01

Who we are

This website is run by RatssTech Pty Ltd (ABN 62 683 360 616), Scenic Rim, Queensland. Contact us about your information at info@ratsstech.com.au.

02

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email, message and (optionally) organisation, the options you picked, and the product name if you came from a quote link. The form also records the time and the IP address it was sent from, to stop spam.

03

How we use and share it

To reply and deal with what you ask for, such as a quote, a call or an order. No marketing lists. We share it only with the services that run this website and our email, with a supplier when you ask us to (for example, a DJI order), or when the law requires it.

04

Where it goes

The form is sent securely to our web server (Hostinger, Indonesia), then by Resend (a US company, Tokyo region) to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. These providers may store it outside Australia and handle it under their own privacy terms.

05

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our mailbox as long as we need them for the enquiry and our business records. If an email can’t be sent, a private copy is kept on our hosting until we reply. Spam protection keeps a scrambled code of your IP address for 10 minutes, and your browser keeps a copy of the form for that tab only, until it is sent. Our host keeps standard server logs.

06

Cookies and tracking

None. Fonts and images come from our own server, so viewing a page sends nothing to Google or anyone else. If that ever changes, we will update this page first.

07

Your rights

Email info@ratsstech.com.au to see, correct or delete your information; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au.
