AeroTorq
Robotic torque-monitored installer for RotaMarka — in development
Engineered for the job.
A fully autonomous robotic installer in development for RotaMarka and similar conductor-mounted devices — with closed-loop torque control to prevent over-tightening.
AeroTorq is the second specialised installer in development at RatssTech — purpose-built for RotaMarka and similar conductor-mounted devices that demand precise torque control.
Where AeroClip places devices that clip into position, AeroTorq performs a controlled tightening operation. The robotic payload combines perception, line detection, and automatic alignment with closed-loop torque monitoring — installing devices at the correct torque value and protecting the conductor from over-tightening damage.
The system is in active development. Field trials and validation are ongoing.
